Lesson package tracker

Lesson Package Tracker

A single-user web app for a tutor, music teacher or personal trainer to manage students, prepaid lesson packages and lesson records. Remaining lessons are always derived from lesson records, and students with two or fewer lessons remaining appear on a renewal list. No selling, payments, portals, calendar sync, reminders or AI.

  • Keep an accurate record of each student's lessons

Assumptions

Items that should be verified before implementation.

A student has at most one package with lessons remaining at a time; a new package is added only after the current one is exhausted.

Medium impactAccepted

Attended lessons always reduce the remaining count; absences and cancellations reduce it only when the tutor marks them as counting against the package.

Medium impactAccepted

When recording a lesson, the tutor explicitly selects which of the student's packages the lesson belongs to.
