A private, staff-only tracker for a home baker or small cake studio to record custom cake orders from enquiry through pick-up, manage per-day capacity and minimum notice, record deposit status, lock flavour and size once in production, and keep an immutable change history.

Baker

The studio owner who manages all orders and the capacity settings with full access.

Assistant

The person who assigns staff accounts to the Baker or Assistant role; there is no self sign-up or invitation flow.
