Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of IdeaMade’s website, AI app builder, previews, hosting, and related services.
Last updated: September 30, 2026Operator and acceptance
Your service agreement is with Shanghai Yunzuo Information Technology Co., Ltd., established in China, at 5-6/F, No. 380 Xinsong Road, Minhang District, Shanghai 201100, China, trading as IdeaMade. You accept these terms through the registration or purchase process. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing. Purchases made through Paddle are also governed by Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived by these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
IdeaMade does not impose a blanket minimum age for using the service. Where applicable law requires a parent or guardian’s consent to these Terms or to a purchase, that consent is required. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for keeping your contact information current.
What the service provides
IdeaMade helps you describe requirements, create blueprints, generate and edit app implementations, preview changes, and publish hosted applications. Blueprints are working descriptions of intent, not guarantees of exact implementation. AI may make reasonable implementation choices. Plans, quotas, available features, and limitations are described in the product and at checkout. Roadmaps and examples are informational. We do not guarantee that generated apps are defect-free, secure for every purpose, or compliant with a particular industry’s rules.
Your content and generated apps
You retain your rights in inputs you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, and modify them as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service. As between you and IdeaMade, to the extent we have assignable rights in output generated for you, we assign those rights to you, subject to payment obligations, applicable law, and third-party rights. You may use generated blueprints, code, and apps commercially. This does not transfer ownership of the IdeaMade platform, trademarks, pre-existing components, or third-party software. Included components remain subject to their applicable licenses. AI outputs may be similar to others’ outputs, and copyright protection is not guaranteed.
Your responsibilities when publishing
You must have permission to use submitted text, images, code, and data. Review generated behavior, access controls, dependencies, and content before relying on or publishing an app. You are responsible for your app’s business activities, notices, user permissions, and lawful handling of its users’ data. Publishing does not make IdeaMade the operator of your business. The platform’s own security, privacy, and other legal responsibilities remain ours.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, steal credentials, bypass tenant isolation or access controls, or interfere with platform availability. Do not evade quotas or payment controls. We may proportionately restrict activity to protect the platform, users, or others and explain or provide notice when reasonably possible. These rules do not impose a blanket ban on ordinary app business features.
Subscriptions and Paddle
Paddle is our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases it processes. Paddle handles checkout, payment collection, applicable transaction taxes, payment support, and refunds under its buyer terms. IdeaMade provides the product and technical support. Paid plans renew monthly unless the checkout states otherwise, using the payment method on file until canceled. Review the amount, currency, taxes, billing interval, and renewal terms before confirming payment. We will provide notices or obtain further consent for changes when required by applicable law.
Cancellation and plan changes
Use Manage subscription in the Credits page or the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt to cancel renewal online. You can also seek billing help at paddle.net. Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges at the end of the paid period; it does not itself refund earlier payments. Upgrades may charge a prorated amount immediately and add the corresponding allowance difference after payment. Downgrades take effect with the next paid billing period. The confirmation shown before a plan change describes its price and timing.
Credits and consultation allowances
Credits measure app-building usage and are separate from consultation-message allowances. They are service allowances, not money, transferable stored value, or a right to cash redemption. Free Credits reset by the UTC calendar month; paid Credits use the applicable paid billing period and do not roll over beyond their expiry. Upgrading does not reset usage already incurred. A build may reserve Credits first, settle actual eligible usage, and release the unused reservation. Task estimates are not a guarantee of a particular result. Platform failure without a usable result is not charged under our task-settlement rules; stopping a task can incur charges for work already performed. A task Credit return is not a payment refund.
Refunds and allowance adjustments
Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund by contacting us at [email protected] or contacting Paddle. Eligibility is determined under applicable law, Paddle’s policy, and any additional promise made at purchase; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. After an approved refund, we reduce the Credits and consultation allowance attributable to that payment in proportion to the cumulative refunded service amount before tax, rounding allowance reductions up to whole units. Tax-only refunds do not reduce allowances. We recover only remaining Credits from that payment, never unrelated purchases, and do not create a negative balance or reset usage. Credits reserved for ongoing work are reconciled when that work settles or releases them. Full refunds withdraw the corresponding payment’s allowances. Refunds do not themselves cancel future renewals; cancel separately if desired. Your projects are not automatically deleted because of a refund.
Availability, changes, and ending service
We may update or suspend the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or material misuse. Where reasonably possible, we give notice of material changes or discontinuation and a reasonable opportunity to retrieve accessible content. Ending an account does not erase outstanding legal obligations. We handle prepaid service, refunds, and data requests according to applicable law and the relevant policies. We do not promise indefinite hosting, permanent backup, or an enterprise service-level agreement through standard plans.
Third-party services and AI limitations
AI models, payment services, infrastructure, and software dependencies may have separate terms. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable. It is not professional legal, medical, financial, or security advice. Review it with appropriate expertise for your intended use. Third-party rights and open-source obligations continue to apply.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not exclude any warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amounts you paid for IdeaMade during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Business-user indemnity
If you use IdeaMade for a business, that business will indemnify us for third-party claims arising from its unlawful use, infringement by its supplied content, or material breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our own breach or misconduct. We will provide reasonable notice and cooperation and will not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent.
Disputes
Mandatory consumer protections, including any right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction, remain unaffected. Contact [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. Nothing here requires binding arbitration, waives a class action, or prevents urgent relief or exercise of a statutory right.
Updates and contact
We will publish revised terms with an updated date and provide notice of material changes. Where required, we will seek renewed acceptance before applying them. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or authorize undisclosed charges. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Contact [email protected] or 5-6/F, No. 380 Xinsong Road, Minhang District, Shanghai 201100, China.
