This policy explains how IdeaMade collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, Product Blueprint experience, waitlist, and email services.

IdeaMade is responsible for the processing described in this policy. Privacy requests and questions may be sent to [email protected]. Additional legal entity and registered-address information will be provided here when the operating entity is established.
Information you provide
We collect information you submit, including your email address, name, role, company or project, application type, product idea, tools previously used, main challenges, language and communication preferences, Blueprint requirements, clarification answers, decisions, and generated or edited Blueprint content. If you email us, we process message headers, sender and recipient addresses, subject, message content, thread history, and attachment metadata.
Information collected automatically
We may collect the page visited, landing page, referring page or domain, UTM campaign parameters, locale, timestamps, consent record, request identifiers, technical logs, and a temporarily retained one-way hash derived from an IP address for abuse prevention. With your consent, we also collect limited page and interaction events through PostHog. We do not send Blueprint requirements, answers, Blueprint content, waitlist responses, email addresses, or email contents to PostHog.
How we use information
We process information to provide and maintain the service; generate, update, and recover Product Blueprints; respond to messages; confirm waitlist registration; send welcome or product emails you requested; administer subscriptions and suppression; analyze demand and service performance; secure the service; prevent abuse; troubleshoot failures; comply with law; and establish or defend legal claims. We rely, as applicable, on performing the service you request, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and legal obligations.
AI and service providers
Blueprint requirements and answers are sent to DeepSeek for analysis and generation. We use service providers that may include Supabase for database, authentication, and storage; Resend for sending and receiving email; PostHog for consent-based analytics; Cloudflare for security and network services; and hosting, monitoring, and infrastructure providers. They process information on our behalf under their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Browser storage and cookies
The Blueprint experience stores the current requirement, answers, generated Blueprint, local versions, and temporary navigation state in your browser. We also store your analytics choice and, after consent, attribution and PostHog analytics identifiers. Clearing the Blueprint or site data removes locally stored Blueprint information. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers. Privacy and government-access rules in those countries may differ from those where you live.
Retention and security
We keep waitlist and subscription records while you remain subscribed or while they are needed to manage our relationship. We retain suppression records as necessary to honor unsubscribe requests, correspondence while operationally or legally relevant, consent and audit records for compliance, and security logs only as long as reasonably necessary. Temporary IP hashes expire according to our abuse-prevention settings. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to backups and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, data minimization, and audit logging, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in each message. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may retain limited information where legally required. Children and sensitive information
IdeaMade is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, trade secrets, regulated data, or personal information about another person unless you are authorized and it is necessary for the service.
