Build a meeting room booking app with a room directory, booking calendar, and My bookings. Rooms have a name, location, capacity, and active flag, and can be created and edited. Bookings have a room, meeting title, start, end, notes, and Confirmed / Cancelled status. Validate active rooms, end after start, a maximum duration of four hours, and no overlapping active bookings for the same room on the backend. Users can view and cancel their own bookings; cancellation updates status and frees the slot. Deactivating a room preserves existing bookings and blocks new ones. Capacity is informational. Other users' bookings show occupied time only. Include a create-room empty state and real persistence. Leave payments, notifications, and external calendar sync out of the first version.
