Terms of Use
These terms form an agreement between you and the operator of IdeaMade and govern your use of the website, Product Blueprint generator, blog, roadmap, waitlist, and related communications.
Last updated: August 4, 2026Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use IdeaMade for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. By accessing or using the service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
The public service currently includes Product Blueprint generation and related content and communications. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not create, host, or deploy a production application. We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features. Roadmap statements, previews, and estimates are informational and do not promise a release date, final scope, or continued availability.
Acceptable use
You must not break the law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; submit malware or harmful content; probe or bypass security or rate limits; access another person's data; misrepresent identity; scrape, resell, or overload the service through automated means; reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits; or use outputs to make unlawful or high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.
Your submissions and generated output
As between you and IdeaMade, you retain your rights in content you submit. You grant IdeaMade a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and otherwise process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the Blueprint output generated for you. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit.
AI-generated content
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, non-unique, or unsuitable. Similar output may be generated for others. Output is not legal, financial, security, medical, or other professional advice. You must independently review decisions, assumptions, intellectual-property issues, regulatory requirements, security, and feasibility before relying on or implementing it.
IdeaMade content and feedback
The service, software, design, trademarks, and original site content belong to IdeaMade or its licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not grant rights to our branding or software. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, but we will not identify you publicly without permission. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their owners.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, address unlawful or abusive conduct, comply with law, or discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdeaMade disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdeaMade and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. For a free service, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed USD 100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, if you use the service on behalf of a business, that business will defend and indemnify IdeaMade against third-party claims arising from its unlawful use of the service, its submissions, or its violation of these terms or another person's rights.
Governing terms and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the IdeaMade operating entity is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over that entity will have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to try in good faith for 30 days to resolve it by contacting [email protected].
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. We will post the revised terms and update the date above, and will provide additional notice for material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
